Alpicapture at a glance

Alpicapture SA digitizes places and buildings in Switzerland: 360° virtual tours, 3D scans (LiDAR, photogrammetry) and digital twins, captured and post-produced in Switzerland. Our clients use them for two reasons:

Promote

Hotels, real estate agencies and property managers, tourism, retail, events.

Operate

Facility management, construction, architecture and engineering, industry, public bodies, heritage.

The job in one sentence

You become Alpicapture's commercial engine in French-speaking Switzerland: you win new clients and bring them back. About two thirds of your time goes to new clients, one third to existing ones.

Your mission

  • Prospect every day: phone, field visits, LinkedIn, local business networks, trade fairs.
  • Book your own meetings and run the sale end to end: discovery, demo, offer, negotiation, signature.
  • Promotion side: sell virtual tours to hotels, property managers and real estate agencies, tourism players and retailers. Short cycles, high volume.
  • Operations side: find and qualify 3D scan and digital twin projects with technical property managers, architecture and engineering firms, industrial companies and public bodies, then close them with our operations team handling the technical quote.
  • Take over part of our existing clients in French-speaking Switzerland and grow their follow-up orders: new properties, updates, new sites.
  • Look after the clients you sign: first project kickoff with the operations team, satisfaction checks, follow-up orders and referrals.
  • Keep your pipeline up to date in the CRM every day and present it to management every week.

Your 90-day goals

We prefer to be upfront. The indicative goals below will be confirmed together when you start and adjusted to your workload:

  • 15 to 20 qualified meetings per month.
  • 3 to 5 new clients per month on the promotion side.
  • A qualified, costed operations pipeline.
  • A first contact with each existing client handed over to you.

Then your territory can grow

If you succeed in French-speaking Switzerland and want to go further, we will extend your territory to German-speaking Switzerland, then abroad, starting with neighbouring countries. It is not a condition of hire, it is an option we will build with you.

Your profile

  • Proven experience in field B2B sales, with measurable results in winning new clients.
  • Native French speaker with good knowledge of the Romandy business landscape. German and English are a plus.
  • A hunter at heart, at ease on the phone and in the field, who builds lasting relationships.
  • Interest in technology and rigour in sales follow-up.
  • Driving licence.

What we offer

  • Full training in our field through our in-house academy: capture technology, virtual tours, 3D scans and client use cases.
  • Ready-to-use sales material: presentations, demos, references and case studies.
  • Solid tools to track your leads, sales and results: CRM, dashboards and analytics.
  • A fixed salary plus a variable part tied to your results, with details presented at interview.
  • A concrete, distinctive product you can demo in two minutes on a tablet.
  • The backing of a technical, production and post-production team based in Switzerland.
  • At 80%, the option of a side activity, as long as it is declared, non-competing and ideally complementary.
  • A path to a wider territory and a sales lead role, depending on your results and ambitions.
